Melanie began her real estate career as a broker in 1979 and was affiliated with Frances Langham Realty. Norman also worked as closing broker and office manager for Mike Price until she opened her own company, Seven Hills Realty, in 1982. During her 30-year tenure, she has helped 1,000’s of buyers and sellers in the residential and farm markets. The landscaping would be very lush, with big trees and perennial plantings, plus well-maintained and mulched garden beds and places for splashes of colorful annual plants. The home would have a garage connected to the main living area, with all needed amenities accessible on ground level, plus a big inviting front porch with rockers and a porch swing. The master bedroom would have a Jacuzzi tub, separate shower and natural light coming into the tub area. A walk-in closet is a must for my dream home. I would love to have a space for meditation with a fireplace, in my master suite. All this, in the heart of Fayetteville, with occasional deer passing through, plus squirrels and a multitude of birds playing in sight!
